“ I could go on for a very long time about how great of a TA Suneil is - in every regard, as a grader, a recitation leader, an helpline during office hours - Suneil often stays way after his recitations end to make sure that everyone understands what's going on and so he can get through all the problems and make sure his explanations are clear and holistic. He also genuinely cares about whether or not a student understands something and is so patient in his explanations. a lot of these concepts were really difficult for me to grasp at first, and were really foreign to me as well, but Suneil just did an incredible job breaking everything down and not only making me capable of solving the problems, but also making me a better learner in the process (in that Suneil's teaching method was something I could extend to latter confusing concepts and understand better on my own!). Suneil also works really hard to make the material relatable, finding examples in movies and pop culture of class concepts - somehow he is able to make microeconomics actually interesting (as interesting as econ can be...lol). I truly believe that having Suneil as a TA this semester is a big factor that has led me to genuinely enjoy Econ and possibly pursue it for the rest of my undergrad career.”

I feel like I learned nearly as much from Suneil in this course as I did from Musatti. Suneil could only improve his teaching skills by finding some way to get through material more quickly (we often went well overtime in recitation) but this is really just a result of the depth that he gave every subject and the thoroughness of his explanations, so ultimately its not such a problem.”

“Suneil Parimoo is clearly very knowledgeable. He is a great lab section leader and out of all the TA's was the only one I saw consistently attending lectures (maybe it was the angle from which I was seated in the lecture hall)! But the latter was a nice touch, knowing that in the giant cog that we are in Academia, he wanted to be there to gain an understanding of what we were learning in class. One improvement is that in lab, sometimes the math and the proofs were sped through quite quickly and, for someone like myself, who comes to math a bit slower, I would have liked to see these at a slightly slower pace. However, I'm sure for some in the course that pace was just right. Parimoo seemed to get through a lot more proofs and mathematic concepts beyond the course (more-so than other TA's I was attending section for).”
